Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are fully refundable and exchangeable until the day they are shipped. Sales become final when the customer receives shipping confirmation. Exceptions include:

  • customer receives products that arrive damaged.
  • customer receives an incomplete order.
  • customer receives the wrong order.

Bens Tees is not liable or responsible for any orders that are missing or stolen upon delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow up with the postal carrier they choose. Bens Tees is responsible to provide customers with tracking numbers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
